Parking (English)

  1. There is no overnight parking on the streets from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 am or in the parking lot on 71st Street.
  2. Guest parking in the 70th Avenue  parking lot is allowed during the day.
    Large trucks are to park at the end of the lot farthest from exiting driveway.
  3. Overnight parking in the 70th Avenue parking lot is allowed on a temporary basis after obtaining a permit for limited occupancy from the Association. All other vehicles will be towed. You must be registered with the parking permit clearly displayed in your dashboard so the monitor can see it. The cost for overnight parking is $1 a night.
  4. All cars must park forward and cannot back into spaces.
  5. All vehicles must be properly registered with current dmv stickers.
  6. Parking spaces on 71st Street Parking lot, to include the handicapped spaces by the pool gate, are reserved strictly for those visiting the clubhouse, office, pool, recreation areas, and parking for vendors working for the Association. All other vehicles will be towed if the driver is not on the Clubhouse property.
  7. Vehicles that are barred from parking include those that have more than two axles, more than four wheels, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, commercial or open bed vehicles carrying working equipment.
  8. No parking on the grass, only paved areas. No parking sideways on a driveway. No parking three cars wide in a double driveway nor two cars wide on a single driveway. No driving on lawn to have access to driveways. No diagonal parking.
  9. In the unlikely event that you did not register with the office, please make out an 8 X 10 paper with your address and phone # and place it on your dashboard so the monitors can see it at night. Leave note and $ in the white mailbox to the right of the clubhouse doors explaining the situation.
