Please let this letter serve as formal notice of a special meeting of the Board of
Directors scheduled for October 7, 2026 at 6 pm. The meeting will be held in
person at the location identified above.

The purpose of this special meeting is to consider and vote on the Resolution
Authorizing Electronic Voting for Association Meetings and Elections. The
resolution would authorize the Association to offer Internet-based online or
electronic voting in accordance with Section 720.317, Florida Statutes, subject to
members’ written consent and applicable law.

If the resolution is adopted, members who consent in writing may use electronic
voting when the Association offers it. The Board may decide not to use electronic
voting for a particular meeting or election to the extent permitted by law, and the
Association will provide any required participation instructions in the applicable
meeting notice materials. Members may opt in or opt out under the providers
requirements and may continue to use otherwise permitted in-person, paper,
proxy, facsimile, or email voting methods, subject to the resolution’s rules
goveming multiple votes.
