1. Rat Box Collaboration is going well. We have 34 homes signed up. The bait gets changed every month. Here is the program: The association buys the rat box. The homeowner buys the food. The food costs $25 every 5 month. Anyone who is interested call Partners Pest at 954-341-0628.

2. Street Light Collaboration has 11 homeowners signed up. Here is the program: The association is going to pay for the refurbishing of the existing lawn pole light, photocell, fixture, wires and the homeowner is going to pay for the electricity. You must keep it on once repaired. It may not even cost $10 for the entire year. Only those with existing lawn lights are asked to join. Please sign up. The streets will be more lit and more safe.

3. If you want to sell your home, please do not list it before you come into our office and follow the procedure that is in place. To begin to sell, you must notify the association, purchase the application and a copy of the governing documents, give us a copy of the listing agreement and sign paperwork that says this is an age 55+ community, just in case you forgot, because now that you are selling, you don’t care about that anymore.

4. We are updating our documents and making them even more strict. That’s right. Even more strict. Do you like the random people walking, driving, and parking in here. Do you see trash thrown on the lawns and the common areas? Don’t you love the solicitations at your door. Some of you even sign contracts with them.

5. Soon it will be election season. If you want to shadow the current board: irrigation is 7:30 a.m., lawn cuts 8:00 a.m., Pool Service 5:30 a.m. Rat Box 8:00 a.m., bids for roof cleaning, Clubhouse air conditioning and janitorial service. Prime Air will be here on September 1st for preventive maintenance on all 5 units. Come and observe. See if you want to spend your day that way.
